My Journey

Cheering people on through change is something that I’m deeply passionate about. It’s rarely easy, and I love finding ways to make it easier.

Before becoming pregnant, I worked in business projects, trying to make positive changes in companies.

I talked to everyone affected by changes. I worked hard to make things better for everyone, from executives to the lowest-paid workers.

When I got pregnant and had my baby in 2021, nothing prepared me for how much my life changed. It made me realise that the business changes I worked on weren't as important as I thought.

I wanted to use my skills for something more meaningful. So as an international speaker on mental health and a lifelong yoga practitioner, I became a yoga teacher.

Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of students and trained extensively in pregnant, postnatal and menopausal bodies.

I'm passionate about creating experiences that support both the mind and body through change. I combine evidence-based yoga and meditation so students can feel confident in their bodies and calmer in their minds.

I love when someone comes to my class with aches and pains and leaves with relief, knowledge and exercises to make it better.

I love when my students chat in our WhatsApp group, helping each other out and making friends.

And I love knowing that my classes don't just help women at that point in time, they can have a lasting impact on the rest of their lives.
