Celebrating the female body. Supporting it through change.

The female body is incredible.

It adapts, changes and carries us through some of life’s biggest physical experiences.

Pregnancy, becoming a mum and menopause are all huge changes that deserve care, understanding and support.

That’s where POMPOM comes in.

Classes combine evidence-based yoga and meditation. Students gain important knowledge, feel confident in their bodies and calmer in their minds.

My Journey

Cheering people on through change is something I’m deeply passionate about. After having my baby in 2021, I left a career in business projects to use my skills for something more meaningful — training as a yoga teacher specialising in pregnant, postnatal and menopausal bodies.

Since then I’ve taught hundreds of students, combining evidence-based yoga and meditation so they feel confident in their bodies and calmer in their minds.

Love PomPom yoga with my little boy. Honestly I look forward to it every week. Eleanor takes the time to find out how we're all feeling and her sessions have made the world of difference to get back moving after giving birth 🥰 would highly recommend!!

Eleanor's postnatal yoga classes are fantastic. Classes are well paced, have clear themes and focuses linked to postnatal recovery and wellbeing and are relaxed allowing you to look after your baby as needed. Eleanor is a brilliant yoga teacher - knowledgeable, reassuring and approachable.

I struggled with early pregnancy, especially going from being so active to tired, sick and achey. I found PomPom Perinatal after deciding at around 20 weeks that it was time to reclaim some of my physical and mental health, and what a find. I have loved my antenatal sessions with Eleanor. She really takes the time to find out how mums to be are feeling, and makes an effort to focus on what we need every session. The chance to build a network of new mum friends is wonderful, and I always look forward to seeing the sunny Eleanor every week. I always feel amazing after each session- aches are stretched that I didn't know I had, and these sessions have massively helped to reduce my anxiety. This has become an hour of my week I always really look forward to.

As someone who isn’t really into yoga, I have found a new enjoyment once a week at the pregnancy yoga class with Eleanor! I feel it has really helped me to unwind, relax and connect with my body during pregnancy and made me feel more confident ahead of birth. For me, it is 1 hour in the week dedicated to myself and my baby where I can truly find relaxation. It has also been beneficial for pelvic floor health and I am looking forward to continuing my yoga journey post partum. Eleanor is super friendly and knowledgeable and will tailor each session to any individual ailments present. Highly recommend!
