Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Attendee is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
POMPOM Perinatal reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Studios and/or the conduct of Attendees. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Attendees.
Attendance
When a person has signed up to a class they shall become an Attendee of POMPOM Perinatal subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Complaints
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event of a student being dissatisfied with any aspect of POMPOM Perinatal Ltd, a Complaints Procedure is available. We deal with all grievances as rapidly and efficiently as possible for the benefit of all parties concerned. You can make informal complaints in person to Eleanor Stowe. We will aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours wherever possible. We will notify you of the outcome in writing.
Making A Formal Complaint
If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, please write to Eleanor Stowe at [email protected]. Complaints received in writing follow a set procedure:
- Firstly, we will acknowledge the complaint within 1 week and, after an investigation, we will arrange a meeting with you.
- Secondly, Eleanor Stowe will attend the meeting.
- We will record details of the meeting and will work toward a resolution that is satisfactory for all parties involved.
- We will keep the client informed throughout the complaint's procedure process.
